Is situated in the part of Brela called Šćit.The house was built in 2013 and has a unique position. The view from the house reveals the islands of Brač and Hvar. You can watch the sunset from each balcony.

Each apartment has two bedrooms with private bathrooms. The modern 25m2 large living area has a kitchen, dining room and TV area. From the comfortable seating elements on the balconies you can enjoy the silence and the view.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a pleasent holiday. Among other things every kitchen has a dishwasher, built-in refrigerator and freezer, a cooker, a kettle and a coffee maker.
The living area includes a dining table, a wonderful sofa, chair, coffee table, dresser and a satellite TV. Internet connection is secured (Wi-Fi) – free of charge. For your valuables in every apartment there is a safe available.
Our bathrooms are modern with underfloor heating, shower and toilet.
